Vehicles with GPS send live location updates to the platform through a REST endpoint. Trips update automatically as the vehicle moves, and employees can open the live map link from WhatsApp.
What if a driver does not use the phone?
Tracking can work without a driver app when GPS devices are available. WhatsApp is used for trip communication, but trip movement and geo-fence events come from GPS location data.
